In a sense, everyone is an Author-not necessarily in literary terms, but in general terms. Everyone has a life, and those lives have a narrator. The narrator gets their ideas and creations from the Author. The author in us is kind of like our self-conscience creating and going through the stories in our life, and with those stories and experiences, people have the ability to express themselves through writing, and to write something, you are an author. Everyone is capable of writing a story, journal entry, essay, etc. and to do that, you use the "author" in you to get your point across. Without that conscience in the back of our minds, we can't read a book to ourselves, or have a song stuck in our head, or have a thought process for writing! Since we do have that conscience, everyone is able to write, making everyone an author.
Our Blog posts were similar in that we both added aspects about the fact that everyone is the author of their own life, and just by living, we all have a story to tell. Although the word “author” is typically referred to a professional writer of a story of some sort, every individual is an Author. Maybe only in their lives, maybe in each others lives, but everyone is an author.
